      Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren este o masina de tip Grand Tourer dezvoltata în comun de către Mercedes-Benz si McLaren Automotive, construita în Portsmouth și in Centrul de Tehnologie McLaren din Woking, Surrey, Anglia, și comercializata intre 2003-2010. Când a fost dezvoltat acest model, constructorul german Mercedes-Benz deținea 40 la suta din grupul McLaren.
       Datorită cutiei automate de viteze, amplasarii  motorului in zona  centru-fața, și caracteristicilor sale de conducere, unii comentatori clasifică SLR McLaren ca un GT, a cărui rivalii ar fi vehicule, cum ar fi Aston Martin DBS V12 și Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano.

       The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren is a grand tourer car jointly developed by Mercedes-Benz and McLaren Automotive, built in Portsmouth and the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey, England and sold from 2003 to 2010. When it was developed, German manufacturer Mercedes-Benz owned 40 percent of the McLaren Group.

      Due to the automatic gear box, front mid-engined arrangement, and its driving characteristics, some commentators classify the SLR McLaren as a GT, whose rivals would be vehicles such as the Aston Martin DBS V12 and Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano.

      SLR stands for "Sport Leicht Rennsport" (Sport Light Racing).

 

      The model is produced by IXO for DeAgostini ("Dream Cars" Collection). It is decently made ​​ respecting the real car's details. Worth to be collected for the very good price - quality ratio .

MERCEDES  560 SL  (R107) - 1987

Hongwell

      Automobilele Mercedes-Benz R107 au fost produse din 1971, prin 1989 și au fost descrise de mulți ca fiind unele dintre cele mai bune masini Mercedes-Benz produse până în prezent, fiind a doua cea mai lunga serie de de automobile produse vreodată  după G-Class.  Au fost vândute sub numele de SL.  R107 a înlocuit W113 SL-Class în 1972 și a fost înlocuit cu R129 SL-Class în 1989.
      R107, a preluat componentelor șasiului de la Mercedes-Benz modelul W114 și le-a cuplat cu motoare mai mari de la S-Class (W116). Varianta SL a fost o decapotabilă cu 2 locuri (roadster) cu soft top standard și hardtop și scaune pliante opționale pentru bancheta din spate.
       Din septembrie 1985 un SL 560 a fost introdus pentru anumite piețe extra-europene, mai ales în SUA.
       Modelul este produs de Hongwell și reprezintă versiunea hardtop a masinii. Este foarte bine realizat, cu toate detaliile existente pe mașină reală. Lămpile din față cu lumini de semnalizare, lampi spate in trei culori, elemente cromate, interior detaliat, cu aparatura de bord realizata din decaluri, roți foarte realiste, etc.  O achiziție recomandata pentru toti colecționarii.

 

 

      The Mercedes-Benz R107  automobiles were produced from 1971 through 1989 and were described by many as one of the best looking cars Mercedes-Benz produced to date, being the second longest single series ever produced by the automaker, after the G-Class. They were sold under the SL  model names. The R107 replaced the W113 SL-Class in 1972 and was replaced by the R129 SL-Class in 1989.

      The R107 took the chassis components of the mid size Mercedes-Benz W114 model and mated them to the larger engines from the S-Class (W116). The SL variant was a 2-seat convertible/roadster with standard soft top and hardtop and optional folding seats for the rear bench.

      From September 1985 a 560 SL was introduced for certain extra-European markets, most notably the USA.

 

      The model is produced by Hongwell and represents the hardtop version of the car. It is really well done, with all existing details from the real car. Front lamps with signal lights, rear lights with three colours, chromed elements, detailed interior with dashboard made by decals, very realistic wheels, etc. A recommended acquisition for all collectors.

MERCEDES 300SL “Gullwing”  (W198 I) - 1954

      Mercedes-Benz 300SL a fost primul model din seria de grand-turisme convertibile, si ceam mai rapida masina de productie in serie din era sa. Avand numarul de cod intern W198, a fost introdusa in 1954 ca model sport cu doua locuri.

       Construita de concernul Daimler-Benz AG, modelul de serie cu motor cu injectie de combustibil, a fost construit pe platforma modelului de curse  din 1952 - Mercedes-Benz 300SL (W194), un model de succes, dar mai putin performant, cu motor cu carburator.

       Indicativul "300" se refera la motorul de 3 litri, iar SL vine de la "Sport Leicht" (Sport Light). Modelul 300SL e binecunoscut pentru usile care se deschid asemeni unor aripi de pescarus, si ca fiind prima masina din lume cu motor cu injectie de combustibil, si ca cea mai rapida din lume masina a timpurilor sale. Versiunea "gull wing" a fost disponibila din 1955 pana in 1957, roadster-ul din 1957 pana in 1963. Modelul a fost urmat de Mercedes-Benz 230SL. 

      Macheta este produsa de IXO pentru Mercedes Collection. Așa cum deja suntem obișnuiti, chiar daca este un produs de revista, modelul respectă destul de bine toate detaliile de la mașină reală. Chiar și interiorul este detaliat, aparatura de bord fiind redata prin decal-uri, și cu o frumoasă culoare roșu-cărămiziu.

      The Mercedes-Benz 300SL was the first iteration of the SL-Class grand tourer convertibles and fastest production car of its day. Internally numbered W198, it was introduced in 1954 as a two-seat sports car.

      Built by Daimler-Benz AG, the fuel-injected production model was based on the company's highly successful yet somewhat less powerful carbureted 1952 race car, the Mercedes-Benz 300SL (W194).

      The "300" in its name referred to its three litre engine displacement, and "SL" stood for "Sport Leicht" (Sport Light). The 300SL was best known for its distinctive gull wing doors, first-ever consumer fuel-injection, and world's fastest top speed. The gull wing version was available from March 1955 to 1957, the roadster from 1957 to 1963. It was followed in the Mercedes line by the 230SL.

 

      The model car is made by IXO for Mercedes Collection. As we already are accustomed, even it is a magazine product, the model respects quite well all details from the real car. Even the interior is detailed with the dashboard made by decals, and with a nice brick-red colour.

MERCEDES  ML 500 (W164) - 2005

      Mercedes-Benz M-Class Este un SUV de clasa mijlocie, care a fost produs pentru prima data in 1997, de catre constructorul german Mercedes-Benz. Treptat, M-Class a devenit un succes in S.U.A. si Mexic. Ca dimensiuni, masina se plaseaza intre GLK-Class si GL-Class, cu care si imparte platforma. Pentru un timp scurt, intre 1999 si 2002, M-Class a fost construit si de Magna Steyr in Graz, Austria, pentru piata europeana, inainte ca productia acestuia sa fie complet mutata in Statele Unite, la fabrica de langa Vance, Alabama.

      Mercedes a lansat prima generatie de M-Class pe 19 februarie 1997, sub numele de cod W163.

      In aprilie 2005, a fost lansat un nou model de M-Class, restilizat, cu nume de cod W164, la Salonul Auto International Nord-American. Era un model aproape complet nou, cu un aspect mai sportiv si mai aerodinamic - coeficientul de rezistenta a aerului era scazut la 0,34. De asemeni, noua masina era mai mare (cu 150mm mai lunga decat vechiul model).

      Macheta, produsa de IXO pentru Mercedes Collection/Mercedes Sammlung, si este foarte bine realizata pentru o macheta de revista. Faruri din plastic transparent, lampile spate bicolore, Scutul frontal foarte realist redat, stergatoare aplicate. Si interiorul este detaliat si de asemeni, conform modelelor reale - frumos colorat intr-o nuanta de maro-deschis.

 

 

      The Mercedes-Benz M-Class is a luxury midsize Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV), first offered in 1997, and built by the German automaker Mercedes-Benz.  Gradually, the M-Class became a sales success in the United States and Mexico. In terms of size, it is slotted in between the smaller GLK-Class (based on the C-Class) and the larger GL-Class, with which it shares platforms. For a short time, between the years 1999 and 2002, the M-Class was also built by Magna Steyr in Graz, Austria, for the European market, before all production moved to the U.S. plant near Vance, Alabama.

      Mercedes-Benz launched the first generation W163 series M-Class on February 19, 1997.

      The redesigned M-class (chassis name W164) was introduced in April 2005 after a showing at the North American International Auto Show in January. It was almost entirely new, with a more sporting, aerodynamic look—the coefficient of drag is down to 0.34. Mercedes-Benz has also made the new M-Class larger, measuring 150 mm longer than the first model.

 

      The model is produced by IXO Mercedes Collection / Sammlung Mercedes, and is very well done for a magazine product. Transparent plastic headlights, tail lights bicolor, very realistic frontal shield, windshield wipers applied. The interior is detailed and also, according to real models - beautifully colored in a shade of light brown.

 

 

MERCEDES  Benz  GLK350  (X164) - 2007

      Mercedes-Benz GLK (nume de cod X204 - Geländewagen Luxus Kompaktklasse) este un SUV/crossover compact de lux, care a fost scos pe piata in toamna anului 2008, după debutul public la Salonul Auto de la Beijing, alături de concurentul Audi Q5.
       Designul vehiculului a fost puternic influențat de Mercedes-Benz C-Class. GLK-Class imparte aceeasi platforma cu C-Class (W204).
       GLK Edition 1 este echipat cu modele de motoare V6, dar include pachetul sport pentru exterior, jante de 20 inch, hayon "Easy-Pack"  si geamuri de culoare speciala în compartimentul din spate, pachet interior  sport,  scaune de piele negru / alb din gama design Nappa , volan din piele AMG multifuncțional, plafon negru, elemente de decor exclusive din aluminiu  și  Sistem de  Comanda APS.

 

      Macheta este produsa de Solido si respecta foarte bine detaliile de pe masina reala. Farurile au reprezentate si semnalizatoarele, lampile spate sunt bicolore iar oglinzile au efectul  "de sticla". Rotile sunt frumos realizate, se vad discurile si etrierii.

 

 

      The Mercedes-Benz GLK (codename X204 - Geländewagen Luxus Kompaktklasse) is a compact luxury crossover SUV that went on sale from the autumn of 2008 after its public debut at the 2008 Beijing Auto Show alongside the competing Audi Q5.

      The vehicle's design was heavily influenced by the Mercedes-Benz C-Class. The GLK-Class shares the C-Class (W204) platform. European models went on sale in June 30, 2008, with deliveries began in the autumn.

      The model is produced by Solido and keeps all the details from the real car. Headlights and turn signals are well represented, has bicolour tail lamps and mirrors with "glass"effect. Wheels are beautifully made, it can can be seen the brake discs and calipers.

MERCEDES  G 500

Hongwell

      Mercedes-Benz G-Class sau G-Wagen (cum s-a numit intre 1979-1994),  termenul scurt pentru Geländewagen (sau vehicul cross-country), este un vehicul cu tractiune integrala  sau SUV produs de Steyr -Puch (acum Magna Steyr), în Austria pentru constructorul german Mercedes-Benz. G-Wagen este caracterizat prin stilul său "colturos" și construcția caroserie pe sasiu. Acesta utilizează trei diferentiale   cu blocare completa,  unul dintre puținele vehicule care are o astfel de facilitate. În ciuda introducerii  înlocuitor -  crossover-ul monovolum Mercedes-Benz GL-Class în 2006, G-Class este încă în producție și este modelul  Mercedes-Benz cel mai lung timp produs in istoria Daimler, cu un interval de productie de 32 de ani.

       Modelul reproduce un Mercedes-Benz G 500. Aceasta rste realizat de Hongwell, și urmareste destul de precis detalii ale masinii reale. Chiar daca unele detalii ar mai putea fi adăugate, modelul este o opțiune bună și ieftină pentru Autoart sau Minichamps.

 

 

      The Mercedes-Benz G-Class or G-Wagen (as it was called from 1979 to 1994), short term for Geländewagen (or cross-country vehicle), is a four-wheel drive vehicle / sport utility vehicle (SUV) produced by Steyr-Puch (now Magna Steyr) in Austria for German automaker Mercedes-Benz. MERCEDES  E 350  (W212)

      Mercedes-Benz E-Class este o gama de automobile executive produse de Mercedes-Benz în diverse motorizari și configurații ale caroseriei.       The Mercedes-Benz E-Class is a range of executive cars manufactured by Mercedes-Benz in various engine and body configurations.       The W21 replaced the W211 in 2009. Official photos of the W 212 were leaked on the internet on 9 December 2008 ahead of its 2009 Geneva Motor Show unveiling.

 

      The model represents a 2010 Mercedes Benz E350. It represents with exact details the real car. Even the colour is Palladium Silver Metallic, also used on the real car. The interior is very detailed, coloured in gray.

MERCEDES  C 200 Kompressor (W 204)

      Cea mai recentă din  Clasa C, este a treia generație (W204), lansat în 2007. DaimlerChrysler a introdus o nouă generație de C-Class in 18 ianuarie 2007 și a prezentat-o în 2007 la Geneva Auto Show. Vânzările au început pe 31 martie 2007, în aproape toate țările europene.       Mercedes-Benz C-Class este un automobil executiv compact produs de Mercedes-Benz.             C320 Mercedes-Benz a fost parte din a doua generație de C-Class, și a fost echipat cu motor de 3199 cc  V6 18V, care produce 160 kW (215 CP) la 5700 rpm.

 

      Macheta este produsa de Hongwell, si este corect redata, cu destule detalii si lucrata ingrijit. Usile fata se deschid, grila frontala si sigla sunt tampografiate. Rotile sunt foarte frumos redate, iar interiorul este complet gri.

 

      The Mercedes-Benz C-Class is a compact executive car produced by Mercedes-Benz. Introduced in 1993 as a replacement for the 190 (W201) range, the C-Class was the smallest model in the marque's lineup until the arrival of the A-Class in 1997. The C-Class is built at Mercedes-Benz factories in Sindelfingen and Bremen, Germany as well as numerous satellite factories in other countries. The very first C-Class (W202) sedan was produced on 1 June 1993, and the first second generation (W203) rolled off the assembly line on July 18, 2000. The most recent third generation (W204) launched in 2007.

      The Mercedes-Benz C320 was part of the second generation of C-Class, and was equiped with 3,199 cc  18V V6  engine, producing 160 kW ( 215 hp)@5700 rpm.

 

      The model is produced by Hongwell and is correctly rendered with enough details and crafted trim. Front doors can be opened, front grille and logo are made by decals. The wheels are very nice worked, and the interior is completely gray.

MERCEDES  500 SE – W 140 (1991)

      Mercedes-Benz W140 este o serie de vehicule de top, care au fost fabricate de compania germana de automobile Mercedes-Benz. La 16 noiembrie 1990, Mercedes-Benz a prezentat modelul W140 S-Class printr-un  comunicat de presă, si, mai târziu, în editiile din  februarie și martie ale unor reviste de specialitate. W140 si-a făcut debutul public la Geneva Motor Show in martie 1991 cu primele modele iesind  de pe linia de producție în aprilie 1991. Varianta scurta (SE) ​​și lunga (SEL) sedan  au fost oferite initial, precum si coupe (SEC)  din octombrie 1992.

      The Mercedes-Benz W140 is a series of flagship vehicles that were manufactured by the German automotive company Mercedes-Benz. On November 16, 1990, Mercedes-Benz unveiled the W140 S-Class via press release, later appearing in several February and March editions of magazines.The W140 made its public debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1991, with the first examples rolling off the production line in April 1991. Short (SE) and long (SEL) wheelbase sedans were offered initially, as well as the coupé (SEC) body style from October 1992.
